Canon point: After giving Riven/Alexis the starting point towards having emotions

History:
Foundling of the monastery/convent of Serenrae (goddess of sunlight, redemption, honesty, and healing, from Pathfinder https://2e.aonprd.com/Deities.aspx?ID=292&Redirected=1)
Grew up amongst the other foundlings, and aspired to become a cleric of Serenrae
Became an acolyte at around age 8
At age 12, he was kidnapped by cultists of an eldritch deity, who sought to sacrifice him to gain more power…unfortunately for everyone involved, the ritual went wrong, and Gabriel ended up being bound to the god as it’s servant
Though at first the god was pleased by the results, it grew disaffected after a few years when Gabriel did not show sufficient advancement and continually attempted to escape its rule, so it only sent him on missions it didn't really care about.
On one of these missions, to collect debt from a necromancer, he met and befriended an older rogue, who tragically ended up dying before Gabriel could heal him, because Gabriel couldn’t locate him in the dark, and was just groping around randomly.
Later, on a mission to find a Vrykolakas (https://2e.aonprd.com/Monsters.aspx?ID=844) he encountered an elvish swashbuckler by the name of Sabline, and a Kobold named Kibb, who he ended up sharing an inn room with.
The two of them decided to help him on his quest out of boredom, and he had to stop them from attacking random guardsmen and breaking into the Vrykolakas’s home in the middle of the night.
Later, after requesting a meeting with the mayor, suspecting that he was a Vrykolakas, the three of them ended up having to fight what they thought was the mayor, they barely survived and then darkness spread through the building, engulfing them. They then awoke back at the inn, but things were different. Sabline had an abnormal interest in math, Kibb was missing, and the entire town was filled with puzzles, and the technology was more advanced.
On that day they met a cat folk with amnesia named Palico, who seemed to have had a past meeting with Sabline as she was the only face he remembered. Palico ended up deciding to join them in finding Kibb, and also wound up in the same inn room with them.
While Gabriel was searching for Kibb, he was knocked out, and awoke tied up alongside Sabline and Palico. While there they met a different Vrykolakas who wanted to bring the town back to normal, and kill his rival, as well as an emotionless woman/entity with split personalities by the name of Riven/Alexis.
As they had no real other choice, they agreed to work with the other two. After this conversation Gabriel started speaking to Riven, and essentially told Riven that he believed she could gain emotions and that she mattered…which led to her pinning him against a wall and kissing his brains out before Palico drug her off him.
Although this was a rough start to the relationship…it got both better and worse, with the town’s constant change requiring them to take on roles of villagers within the town, which unfortunately caused them to end up fake/real dating which Riven liked, Alexis was confused about, and Gabriel was simply trying to make work.
Gabriel also found a staff which could be used to make them feel emotions, albeit incredibly slowly, and asked both personalities if they were okay with him trying to use it on them. It let him share his emotions with them, and at least start on activating the emotional nexuses in their brains
A knight named Renard tried to seduce Riven, and she was interested, but decided against it, but did take his money given to them to relinquish the room, and then drug Gabriel out of there.
The town changes every day, with the people growing more and more math obsessed, the way to solve this is to extract details from the brains of some of the main townspeople, which may or may not put them in a vegetative state. Gabriel found this plan horrible, but Riven/Alexis was willing to do this and didn’t really mind it.
Personality: Gabriel isn’t exactly envious of others, but he does wish things went differently in his life. He’s happy to have met Riven/Alexis and the others, but at the same time he wishes that he’d never been bound as a servant to that creature. He regularly wishes things were different, but at the same time likes what he currently has. He understands that he probably wouldn’t have gotten to meet all these people, and form all these relationships without what happened on that day, but that doesn’t stop him from wishing things went differently.
Gabriel is very grateful to the people around him, because despite the fact that most of them are rather irresponsible, they are like a family to him. Gabriel feels like he has to help them and other people, both to redeem themselves according to his religion, and to just help them in general. He sometimes considers himself not good enough, and worries that he won’t be able to help people fast enough.
Powers and abilities:
Celestial Accord (lets Gabriel intervene in an argument once a day and attempt to use this to improve the opinions of both characters towards each other so that they stop arguing.)
Soothe (Can heal injuries, up to removed limbs if recently removed only.)
Needle Darts (Can discombobulate one of his rings and turn it into sharp spikes which can be fired at someone before recreating it.)
Bless (Strengthen allies if they are close to him.)
Command (Can make someone fall over, come closer, or drop something.)
Mending (Can fix one non magical item entirely once per day.)
Infectious Enthusiasm (improves morale.)
Divine Guidance (when something fails, it gives the chance to do it over again, not neccesarily with better results.)
Message (sends a telepathic message, the person getting the message can respond back telepathically but only if they can see me.)
